Loctite 638 High Strength Retaining Compound
Made by Loctite, Germany
A green, high strength retaining compound for bonding close fitting and slip fitted cylindrical parts such as bearings and bushes on shafts. It cures without air, sets in about four minutes and fills gaps of 0.15 to 0.25 mm. It works from -55 to 180 degrees C and tolerates oil on the parts.
