A stainless steel weld gauge with an adjustable scale and mitre slide, used to check weld preparations and finished butt and fillet welds. It measures the angle of preparation up to 60 degrees, fillet leg length, throat size, excess weld metal and misalignment, and reads linear sizes up to 60 mm. It is supplied in a protective case.
